Trees species brought into an area where they did not ecologically develop or where they are not considered "native," are exotic trees. Many exotic trees are grown for food, ornamental, aesthetic, or other specialized uses.
It also occurs on man-made structures including dwellings and fences. Its body shape is elongate, and its blue tail is nearly twice the body length. The head is short and angular, and the neck slender. Alternating dark and light stripes run along the length of the body.
However, in their embryonic state, all seed plants use food reserves that accumulated in the endosperm (triploid storage tissues derived from double fertilization) of the seed during germination.
