Hi all, I am working on oil palm somatic embryogenesis. I would like to ask the composition of Y3 medium. The references are : 1. Eeuwens C J(1936). Mineral requirements for growth and callus initiation of tissue explants excised from mature coconut palms (Cocos nucifera L.)and culture in vitro.
