1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. celery, chopped 2 tsp vegetable oil 2 c. canned yellow soybeans 1/2 c. cubed ham 4 c. chicken broth salt and pepper to taste In 4-quart saucepan, saute onion and celery in oil for 3 minutes or until transparent. Add soybeans, ham and chicken broth; Bring to a boil.
