I wanted to thank you for talking about celery root in a post a long time ago. It was because of you that we tried it! I had never seen it or heard of it, but now we use it a lot. We have sauteed, boiled, steamed, barbecued, and cooked in the crock pot so far. Will probably try baking it soon.
