When I was researching through the abstracts at the library for micropropagation proticols for chives (Allium schoenoprasum), I found over 100 references for micropropagation of the Allium sp alone. I am wondering if any one can give me or recomend a good media proticol for chives both A.
Chives are grown for their round hollow grass-like tops. They have pinkish-purple blossoms that make them a good choice for an ornamental garden. They are a good border plant. They are native to China. Planting Chives can be propagated by dividing existing clumps or from seed.
