please help, i am begginig pcr with vitis vinifera leaves and i need a positive control to chek if my RNA isolation is good. Does anyone knows of a suitable protein, abundant in plant leaves, that I can use to amplify by PCR as a control for my extraction?

Mustang Grape is a high climbing vine that grows in the South Texas Plains and Edwards Plateau. It can grow up to 40 feet long. The crimson flowers grow in clusters which are between 2 and 3 inches long.
